Hi, I am NRI and reside in Repl of Ireland. I have booked an e-ticket for my train Journey on 8th December but due to derailment the train was cancelled in Brahmapur in Orrissa. I have been trying to get refund on by booked ticket since last 8 months but there is no sign to get a refund for the same. Pls can you help. Email correspondent with Mr Ved Prakash (TDR process). Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.

6222059105 has been forwarded to CCM/Eastern Railway on dt.22.12.08. We

have already issued Reminder No. 1 dt.04.04.09, Reminder No. 2 dt.02.06.09

to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet

not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No.3

dt. 03.07.09 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to

concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any,

received it will be credited to your card account..
