Security guard service

Recently when i went to the Axis Bank ATM to withdraw money, I found that there was two security guards chatting inside. I asked them that whether both of them will stay there or they will leave. To my highest astonishment one of them replied with enough rudeness that they both will stay there as they are changing their duties. But through out my transaction I found them gossiping in a very relaxed

way, there was no sign of hurry in their actions. My question is that are they supposed to stand inside an ATM and chat with there colleagues, when a customer is not felling ease with their presence? Throughout the country most of the bank account hacking caused due to this ATM frogerry? If this being the attitude, our money are no longer safe. Please answer my question. I am really annoyed with this behaviour.
