Unauthorised deduction of rupees

I, Ashraf Aymader, resident of Bagur, Subsit, P.S. Bagnan, District: Howrah is a customer of Axis Bank, Bagnan Branch, being A/C. No. 910010027814629, on 31.01.2011 I used the ATM of SBI Branch at Bagnan for withdrawal of Rs. 3, 000/-, but a slip was came through that ATM Machine written as "Sorry unable to process", at that time I further checked my balance, and balance shows that I was withdraw Rs. 3, 000/- through ATM, which was not came out through that ATM. Then and there I was complained the said incident to Axis Bank as well as SBI Branch Bagnan, Howrah. Axis Bank assured me that the said money will be refund to my account within a few date. But hopelessly this is to inform that till to-day my said money amounting to Rs. 3, 000/- not yet come back or otherwise informed me.

In the above I am totally confused, please take steps in this regard.
