Showing wrong transatcion

Dear All,

If u can read carefully, please avoid to use the axis bank cash atm withdrawl. i had face a big problem of cash which i have not recived from ATM then also it has been debited in my account.when i complained to them they are telling that it will be revert back in 2 days. but almost it has passed above one month, the transaction has been done on 11-01.daily they are giving worng comitments.

what should i do???
