4700.00 deducted from my a/c

This is inform you that I am Firoj Mohammad my a/c no is-910010031888980, i would like inform you that i have forwarded my application regarding transation.my problem is this still i didn’t get response from axis bank.27/02, 19:41 i wanted withdraw 4700.00 from union ATM branch Sec-15 Naya bans, processing has been done i was wait till 7 Mnts but there was error temporary suspend and i tried again and again i got same error. There were no of the people who wanted withdraw money but they was not able to withdraw coz they got same error. When i withdrawn 5000.00 from other ATM there has deducted 4700.00 from my a/c. I called up in union bank customer care they told me i can't help you.pls contact your axis branch. Kindly help me as soon as possible coz i can't survive and i have to borrow from friend. They may help only some days.
