Debiting the Amount by Axis Bank

Dear All

I have a complaint against the Axis Bank of Gurgaon Branch,

Axis Bank had issued me a credit card, and they sent me the statment of some amount of Rs. 1- approxx. with the due date 21st of the month, I never pay the amount with my personal cheque, because at the same time there was a refund from ICICI Lombard of Rs.11000/- approx before the due date.

Now the Axis bank started there Intrest machine, with the late charges, service charges etc... every month

I dobnt know why the bank started taking interest and late charges, if I made the payment before due date (in term of refund from ICICI bank)

After some the Axis Bank of Galleria deducted my salary a/c without informing me, and after some they sent me some useless clauses that they can recover the money by their own way.

One more thing even there card division is not having my proper details i.e mother name, land mark, I dont know how they change it from the actual

So It is requested to all of you that dont believe that Axis Bank, They can deduct your hard earn money any time without any notice and will show you some clauses.

Please take out all money and deposit it in some Nationalise Bank, so that at least you can save some for your future.
