Agents of AXIS BANK Fools Custome

I was been Told by Ashish from AXIS Bank that please pay 18000/- and I will do the Settlement on the a/c. I paid the entire amount but again after few months I got Statement with mim. payment. There was nobody who can answer my queries. I raised a Complaint but nothing Worked.

They forced me to do a new settlment for 1- for 3months for 4000/- per month. I agreed, because this is INDIA, government does nothing in this country, they are busy with their innogration and things like that. In second month that is today I had a Medical problems and was not in position to pay the money for 4000/- but the Agent name Prajja Forced me that you will have to pay or the settlement will be cancelled she said "WE DON'T CARE FOR CUSTOMER PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU HAVE AGREED FOR SETTLEMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY".

Would like to end here. becasue I know that this is INDIA, Government do not care for people of thier country, and Private Companies Rules Govenment.
