POOR, CHEAP SERVICE

Its now arround 1 month going to paased (on 20th August), I used my AXIS ATM CARD on ur SONIPAT AXIS BANK BRANCH ATM for waithdraw some money. I tried for 1000 rs and it said transction declined and i again tried for 1000 rs, again it respond me same and i checked my balance, it shown me Rs 2000 deducted, so i gone to any other bank ATM and got money and made a complaint on ur coustmer care.they assure me the money would be get back to ur A/C with in 24 hours

I checked my balance and i got rs 1000 back to my A/C on same day and rest 1000 rs is still pending.

for this minor problem i wrote many mails and calls but all time u people assured me for 24-48 hours time.

I think i should go to some media channels to disclose this issue to warn everyone to take care from AXIS ATM using.
