CONSOLIDATED CHARGES FROM 0 BALANCE A/C

Hi,

i am trishna vijay singh.i am a axis bank 0 balance card holder my a/c no is 407010100030579, the amount 750 is been deducted from my 0 balance salary a/c twice a year since last year..im really very afraid because when i spoke to representative through the call they behaved very rudely and instead of telling me anything she said just close your a/c if u are having such problems, sorry i cant help you.i am very disappointed from the rude behaviour.therefore inform me why this kind of deduction has been done everytime.
