I M P N SRIVASTAVA FROM NOIDA, ACTUALLY I HAVE OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH AXIS BANK LAST YEAR {4 DEC} THEY COLLECTED THE DOCS WHATEVER THEY REQUIRED AND COLLECTED THE AMOUNT OF RS 5200 WITH ME FOR ACCOUNT OPENING AMOUNT, NOW MY ACCOUNT HAS OPENED IN JAN BUT TILL NOW THAT AMOUNT HAS BEEN NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT I HAVE COPLAIN REGARDING THIS SEVERAL TIMES IN MY LOCAL BRANCH SECTOR 16 TO OPERATION HEAD AND BRANCH MANAGER BUT NO SATISFACTORY SERVICES BY THEM, I HAVE ALSO COMPLAIN IN THERE 24HRS CARE THEY GIVE ME THE COMPLAIN NO. OF 4948219 BUT NO ACTION TAKEN BY THEM REGARDING THIS... NOW I AM COMPLAINING IN CONSUMER FORUM WITH THE TRUST OF THAT IT CAN RESOLVE MY PROBLEM ASAP.
