Atm fraud

I am Disha Malhotra: I am holding a salary a/c in axis bank. On 27.9.10 I tried to withdraw Rs 20, 000 from kotak bank atm of Jail road.but my transcation was denied. Then i withdrew Rs10, 000.But my account showed two withdrawls totalling Rs20, 000.I met the branch manager and given one application with proofs. On16.10.10 the money had deposited back. But again on 20.10.10 it was debted from my account.when i spoke to them they said that kotak has claimed that money has been taken from the atm, which was completely false.i requested them a lot to investigate the matter but all in vain. What is the way out??
