DDA Refund

I have paid amount Rs.1, 50, 000/- thru DD No. 003015 dated 22/12 issued from ICICI bank for DDA flat booking vide Form No. 0986324 at AXIS Bank Faridabad under serial number 039/150000/818.

Till date refund amount has neither credited to my account nor any banker cheque received from AXIS Bank.

Kindly expedite and confirm the payment details per return email.
