I have taken a home loan in axis bank and after sanctioning the loan they fixed a emi amount per month and with out even informing the customer they increase emi, when i have taken loan they said prepayment can be done in any axis bank i have done a prepayment even after a month they have not deducted the amount which i paid, when i have mailed a query to the bank they mentioned that i should pay in particular branch in which loan is sanctioned and if i pay in other bank it will take 20 days to reflect in your account, they have given two three customer care numbers no body will pick the call i have never seen such a worst service plz avoid axis for home loan
