Hidden SMS Charges leading to 3000 Rs

Dear Sir

I have an account current account with AXIS Bank with customer ID 838992395, from last 6-7 months. I have been charged with Rs. 35/- for SMS month-on month, which i didn't receive and are charing me without my notice.

I was told to maintain Rs. 10, 000 monthly balance, which I was maintaining balance of 10, 000 Rs. when they deducted 35 Rs., for which I am not aware of, so the minium balance went down.. and as I was not using this account and my job got me shifted to Bangalore, was not able to check statements, all the statements reached to my permanent address in Delhi

So from last 4 months or so the bank is charging me for non maintenance of minimum balance, which is due to their responsibility as they deduct Rs. 35/- and the balance goes low, then they charge for non maintainence of minimum balance, now the balance is 7000.

When i approached the bank, operations manager of New Friends colony branch, Ms. Shikha she told me that it would be reversed, this came after she did lot of investigations. Now after 2 weeks when i checked my account to be sure that the money is credited, it wasn't done. So I called them to check on same and Mr. Naresh, Branch Manager - New Friends Colony branch, spoke to me very rudely and accused me that it is my mistake and they would not do it, also he threatened me to do whatever I wish to.

I want you to please interfere and reverse the charges.
