Deception by Axis Bank

This is to inform you that i am a Salary a/c holder of your Axis bank (A/c No-017010100259170, Branch-Kankurgachi, Kolkata). On late December'2011 i have been charged Rs.1368 due to over number of transactions made by me in a month & non maintenance of quarterly avg balance.

As i am in the scheme of salary a/c (Zero Balance a/c), so its quite inappropriate to maintain quarterly average balance. On other said i have never been intimated about the number of transactions limit, within which i should be restricted to. So i seeking help from consumer complaints forum regarding this issue.
