Unknown deducion

I made a irctc ticket using Axis bank debit card on 4-4 . and on 10-4 i got a debit statement of 42.15 as described below

TIPS/SCG/POS/IRCTC /DT.03-AP

no one in bank is listening me and even no one is telling why this happened. please if anyone have undergo same situation please help me.
