Refund of Money

Hello,

I have a balance of Rs. 5700 (approx) in my credit card and they are doing anything to get that money into my bank account.

I already emailed them 2 - 3 times but no reply... also contacted Customer Support but they raised their hands and said... we cant do anything in it.

Dont know what to do now...
