Not Loyal with Loyal Customers

I have applied for personal loan in the Local branch Udaipur. Have provided all the documents requested by the local branch and also requested that this is very urgent and please do not give any excuse after submitting all the documents. They committed to process the loan in seven working days, inspite of urgency I have agreed and assured by the axis bank that It will get process as per commitment. I have waited for seven days and was continuously trying to get the details if my loan is under process or not but never gets the feedback. The people does not have atticate to talk also. Now when I lost my patience on them, then they are giving me such stupid excuses that my documents are not complete.

As a loyal customer from past two years, I have first time applied for the loan and got such a disgusting services. I am totally disheartened and will try not be a part of Axis Bank ever.
