Cash not dispense from Axis bank ATM

Dear Sir,

I am having a account in ICICI BANK greater kailash branch New Delhi. A/c no. 031101512888. On dt. 30.7.12 i have withdrawal Rs. 10000/- from AXIS bank Daryaganj branch atm but the amount got deducted from my account & i have not recd. the cash.

Kindly look into the matter.
