Amount debited refund

Today i have booked one air tkt. th.yatra .com on line and amount rs.3282.00 debited in my card but some technical reason no ticket issue and i have chacked to jet air line also, they told their is no booking. this is for your information my booking is 14/11 indore-mumbai morning jet air ways in the name of ms.shubhi pandya. please refund the amount or not send the same. i am waiting for your reply. my card no. 4718 6000 0004 4869 in the name of sushil pandya and axis bank platinum card.
