Axis Bank Credit card
Debit Charges for no use

I am a customer of your Axis Bank credit card from last 3 years & i am facing many issues in my card but now its heights of everything for that i am writing you the mail.

My Name is Akash Tripathi, my Card no is 4718630002666922 in which i have never received phone calls from your customer care executives for reminders of payments, I had done a shopping worth 5000 for which your customer care executive has called me about turning it to EMI but at the same time i have never received any calls neither msg me to remind that i have to pay the payment, i have received a statement at my hometown where i am not leaving i am based out at Jaipur today i have came across to my statement which is reflecting as minimum payment is 2783 rs whereas i have already deposited 2500 on 1st of the month of October, if i would have been informed that min payment is 2783 i would have been deposited that.

The concern is there are other debit & charges placed on my cards is 2594 rs which is seriously not acceptable by me as i am a frequent user of your card & making payments on time.

So i would request you to waive my charges so that i can again build my confidence to Axis Bank Credit Card.

Treat this as a highly unsatisfied customer's complaint, will wait for your prompt response & would appreciate your response.
