DEBIT CARD NOT RECIVED ON TIME

Dear sir/mam

i am chandra bhaskar from fatehpur distic. i am working in private sector in lucknow.i was lost my debit card in november 2nd week. after that i was complaining in lucknow AXIS Bank sikanderabag branch

on 2nd december and they was told me you recived your debit card within 7 working day's.but till date (11-jan) i dont recived any debit card after lot of complain they was told me always after 2 days we will give you.but not provide me yet . because of my job and my study i am not abale to reached regularly.

kindly help me on this matter and advise me how i retrive my debit card and compensation.
