Amount debitted from account but no cash from ATM

Hi,

I have a Salary account with Axis Bank. I tried to withdraw Rs 7000 from Development credit bank ATM on Jan 17th at 12.45 PM. The account got debited but the cash was not dispensed by the ATM machine. Lodged a complaint with Axis bank who in turn contacted DCB who say that the transaction was sucessfull. When requested for Video recording proof which is present in the ATM centre, they deny saying it is not possible. What is the use of having a camera if it is not helpful to the customers. Request you for reversal of the amount of Rs 7000. My account number is 194010100138901 Axis Bank
