Late Credit of Export Payment

We received an export payment of us $ 91, 000 on 20'th june. They confirmed the receipt of this payment on 30'th june. But till today, 4'th july, they have still not credited my account with this money. No one seems to know about the payment & we are being tossed from one person to another. There isn't a single person who seems to be in charge. This is happening repetitively.
