Dear sir

I have taken a home loan in the year 2004. for purchasing independent house from VUDA authorities vishakapatnam. Bank has sanctioned me home loan of Rs 360000/-.After one year i sold out the above property with the permission of UTI bank now AXIS BANK.Before selling the house to the third party I have cleared entire outstanding loan amount with prepayment penalties. I have also taken no dues certificate from the AXIS Bank. The home documents were also handed over to me. After one year when i have approached for other flat loan i was surprised to note that that my name is in the CIBIL list. which was reported by UTI BANK. This is highly ridiculous action taken by the bank even then i have paid all bank dues with integrity. I have complained to this bank several times but invain.
