Axis bank Jalna (maharashtra) branch near shivaji putala deducted my amount without intimation

Axis bank Jalna (maharashtra) branch near shivaji putala deducted my amount Rs 750 77.25 service tax from my account in last quarter of last year without intimation that they increase minimum balance. When I ask the manager, he said that we have send information to Geojit finance co. But when I asked Geojit manager he told me that there is no communication between bank & firm. So as I am unknown about keeping minimum balance Rs. 5000 . It is injustice with me please do the needful and kindly cancle the charges. Also I am not receiving quarterly statement
