Non issueance of loose cheque leaf

Hello,

Today Nov.29 2011 had been to the Axis Bank Mulund Branch (108) A/c# 108010100306331 to withdraw cash for my wife's treatment. However, the Branch Manager (Female) after reveling the issue and situation ended up giving sympathy and nothing else. On top of that she was too arrogant in her approach.

Finally to take my wife to dispensary I had to ask for money from on of my friend which was so shamful. After having money in my account the bank didn't bother about the criticality of the situation and didn't issue me a loose cheque leaf.

Such non co-operative managers must be sued big time.
