Wrong debit of surchage

My A/c no. 031010100339735 and customer Id is 031043666 The account is in the name of Barkha Garg. my account was wrongly debited on 26-09-09 with Rs. 750 77.25 as surcharge. the reason given for the above mistake by the employees was that the minimum balance should have been Rs. 10, 000 but at the time of opening the account this vital informtion was not conveyed to me and instead i was informed that the minimum balance should be Rs. 5000 accordingly I maintained the required minimum balance and for atleast two quarters there was no problem with it by the bank and on the contrary I had received the interest as well on the said amount. Suddenly out of the blue my account was debited with the abovementioned amount. on writing a complaint addressed to the bank and after periodical visits Rs. 750 was credited but Rs. 77.25 which was debited together with the said Rs. 750 was not credited. I am continuously being harrased by the bank on the point and i am not receiving my Rs. 77.25. i am not at all satisfied with the services provided by the bank.
