NEXT DAY HE SHOWED HIS INABILITY.WHEN T REQUESTED TO GET CONTACTED THE BRANCH HEAD, AFTER GAP OF 10 MINUTES MR. MAHESH TOLD HE IS[B.M] NOT IN OFFICE.THIS IS OUTCOME OF MY POINTING OUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SHABBY CONDITION. THE ENTIRE STAFF NEED COUNSELLING TO EMPATHY TO CUSTOMER
