IHAVE ACCOUNT NO.031010100031888 I REQUESTED TO CLOSE. I WAS ASKED TO PUT APPLICATION IN RECEIPT SECTION. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO ONE MR. MAHESH HE TOLD WE WILL SEND THE PROCEEDS TOMORROW. NEXT DAY HE SHOWED HIS INABILITY.WHEN T REQUESTED TO GET CONTACTED THE BRANCH HEAD, AFTER GAP OF 10 MINUTES MR. MAHESH TOLD HE IS[B.M] NOT IN OFFICE.THIS IS OUTCOME OF MY POINTING OUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SHABBY CONDITION. THE ENTIRE STAFF NEED COUNSELLING TO EMPATHY TO CUSTOMER
