Failed transaction and deduct amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am rambabu, on the date 07-05, i went to axis atm at yousufguda (hyderabad), and i am trying to withdraw the amount 1500 rupees and it gives error message and says "unable to process" and i am again tried it and this time i am able to withdraw the amont 1500 rupees.

On the next i went to sbi atm (08-05) and i go for mini statement in that on the 07-05 i done two withdraws of amount 1500, 1500 respectively, but i got 1500 once only, for failed transaction in axis atm and i loss the amont 1500.This was my complaint, plz rectify it
