Colour fading full body panel

I recently purchased nokia c 3 and after 6 days its colour being faded . by 1 month its total colour faded out and when i approached nokia dealers they said no warranty is available for this case. and the case does not available in the market also is an another problem due to which i cant change nokia case. nokia should be take immediate action to solve this problem . if the company is not in a position to give warranty i am ready to buy its case (colour- black I needed - excising colour is silver- gold)
