Non Receipt of Qty Statements

Respected Sir,

I am having a salary account with Axis Bank at their Ahmednagar Branch.

Earlier, the bank use to send the Quarterly Statement of my Bank Account by post.

Since few months i have started availing the facility of net banking. And their onwards neither I have received the Quarterly Statement of my Bank Account nor i have received the same in my mail id i.e. allrightsharad@gmail.com.

From one side they are sending the vogue mail of Quarterly Statement of the Bank Account and from other side the same mail is having an attached file containing the statement (but not in position to open) i.e. the same is not opening or can be downloaded from the net.

now, i am very frustated about the bank's attitude of not providing me the the Quarterly Statement of my Bank Account.
