Wrong Comitment

We are facing problems with Bajaj Allienz's Agent given wrong commitments they told earlier you have to pay just 50000/- Once than you will get 2, 50, 000/- after 5 years. I passed four years and not i come to know that my money is just 20000/- . how can it possible. they are not replied properly. not taking care of customer. i lost my money it;s so hard.
