Lack of attention toward insurance claim

HI
i met with an accident on 30th jan i have given my car to bajaj in feb 24th due to i was in coma for 9 days & on bed for four n half month, one major surgery done on my right arm & one operation yet to be done.in this period now its 8 month & i didn't get my car back not even any feed back from bajaj guys.
i m attaching that mail which i forworded to bajaj, IRD & now national consumer forum also.
kindly resolve my issue ASAP and guide me on it.

I M Rahul Bhadola have done insurance from your company & registered my claim in feb 08 but till date i dont have any information from your side, any revert from your side even you guys are not to bother to call your customer, i was hospitalise for around 2n half month, after that i m trying you guys to settle my claim but no response from your side.even i dont know about any progress or any communication from your side.
i m suffering a lot from this accident & one major surgery happened in my right hand, went in coma for 7 days. but instead of this i M paying my car loan EMI regularly without any bouncing.
my original driving licence is also lying with Bajaj Allianz from last 5 month.
after a long search i found one of your survaier name & number who's is involved in my case but after 2 month n around 20 days regular communication from my side that gentleman is not able to tell me any solution.
please let me know the all details about my claim & all information (details as per below)

Still i have not received my Car & your insurance guy's is also not responding properly now you tell me what i have to do with you?
though you guys have my vehicle from last seven (7) month, but your insurance guys saying from last 2 month that " you'll get your car with in 20 to 25 days & your service provider (workshop in charge) is also repeating the same thing to me. but that gentlemen never picked my phone till date.
SO IF YOU HAVE THE TAT FOR ACCIDENT CASES IS MORE THAN 7 -8 MONTH THAN I HAVE A PROBLEM ON THIS & I M GOING TO HIGHLIGHT THIS ISSUE IN CONSUMER COURT & MEDIA, I'LL INSURE THAT YOU GUYS RECEIVE MY ALL NOTICE BEFORE WEDNESDAY
As i already mentioned i m suffering from critical stage after my operation, if you don't have humanity than i cant say any thing but i m also marking this mail to IRDA or IRDA guys.
Dear IRDA guys, please help me out from this issue, i m very much upset & not physically fit but still struggling from life if you guys help me on this i m grateful to you.
this is my 4th mail & seven month to bajaj guys & they r doing nothing for me. Is this kind of treatment is accepted from the reputed company like BAJAJ?
