Bajaj Allianz
My deposit not paying back

Hello Sir,

I had taken a policy from Bajaj Allianz 3 years back, the plan name is Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain. My policy no is 0059745650. I have given the first premium amount of 12000 Rs. Due to some personal reasons and hearing many fraud stories from this company, I did not pay the second and third premiums. Now the closing period is over as it is 3 years now and when I inquired about my money at the office they are telling they cannot pay it back. No where in the agreement given by them is given that they will not pay back in this situation. Please do the necessary to get my amount back.
