I’ve already paid my Premium against my Policy no. 0062333445, Product: Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain Plan on 13.01.10. However I’ve received one Lapse intimation letter from the company on 23.02.10, dispatched on 15.02.10. Even after accepting the premium, issue of such lapse notice by the company is illegal and against the principle of natural justice.
