Bad service and delay in policy payments

Bad customer service as well as delaying in making my payments of surrendered policy...
not giving any specific resons as well..
using my money since 7 days ans asking me to wait for more 10 days which is not written anywhere in policy documents.
my policy no is : 0084017481
not at all satisfied with the service where as LIC is best and reliable too...
