I have a bajaj allinze motor insurence policy for my Bike on 06 june.

This policy i have got from bajaj agent, agent contact no.9650392521 i have already told him a lots of time but he didn't reply.

i request to bajaj allinz company to send me my insurence policy (cover not no. is-MC1001613050).
