Reinstatement of Units at the purchase price

I bring to your noitce that the captioned policy in my name was placed in lapsed state on 06.02.2006 by buying my investment i.e. the units in Equity Midcap Pension fund @ Rs 15.703 per unit on 06.02.2006 but on reinststement, these were given back to me on 16/8 @ Rs 21.653 per unit, thus casuing a big loss to me. Similarly, the units lying to my credit in Equity Plus Pension Fund were purchased @ Rs 17.849 per unit on 6/2 & reinstated to me on 16.08.2007 @ rate Rs 24.288 per unit again causing a great loss to me.

you are requsted to reinstate the units at the rates these were purchased from me & restore the full value thereof. I hope you will look into it & consider my request favourably.
