Cheque dishonoured reason

Hi I am vinod sharma, my loan no. is - L2WKOT00245351 and my cheque is dishonoured in the month of july there is a panalty of rs. 50 in my bank a/c & i have asked for rs. 500 as a panalty & cheque bounce charges from ur recovery agent. In the month of july cheque reprsention date is 7th july and closing balance on 3rd of july was rs. 4331 and openig balance on 7th july was same. Installment amount is- Rs. 1983/- if there was sufficient fund in my bank a/c then why cheque is returned, what was the reason & why should i bear these panalties & charges. And why i have been made defaulter by you.
