Debit of the money

Sie, I have use my ATM of State Bank of Indor Raipur (branch code 30172) at Dehradun City, I had use Mobile ATM of Oriental Bank Of Commerce (Mobile ATM no. DA076931) Subhash Nagar Dehradun & could not physical recieved my ammount 4000 Rs.but the debit has been done with my account (Account no. 63054591194) on date 15 March. Till then I am daily trying to register my complaint on toll free no. 1800112211 but at the costumer care daily they told me that there is thechnical problem so i should try next time.

I have request you to help me to credit my money which i could not recieved by the ATM.
