Bank of Baroda ATM
NO cash payment recieved but debited fom account

I was trying to withdraw Rs1000 from Bank of Baroda ATM using my CITIBANK Debit card on 14.10.2010.

The transaction was declined but money got debited from my account.

Its already week passed, but I haven’t got my money back.
