I can't able to enroll in isecure enrollment

I am trying to at-least from 1 month to enroll in isecure but i can't able to do that i am getting error Error in Enrollment. Invalid Parameter. i have read instruction and help documents many times but still no luck till and i can't able to login in my net banking account. Why these banks issue these type of security without any preparation and without any customer support as i have already mailed the at barodaconnect@bankofbaroda.com 2 times but after passing 15 days i still didn't received any help or reply back from them.
