Complaim related to ATM Transaction

Subject: Regarding Wromg ATM transaction

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

My Name is vinay Kumar Bajpai. I have an account with Rajesthan Bank of Lucknow Aliganj Branch in Sahara centre building. on 1-May time 20:17:43 i tried to withdraw Rs 1000 from Dena Bank ATM (lucknow bangla bazar). transaction didn't happen but I got sms from Rajesthan Bank that Rs 1000 has been debited from my account and i got ATM receript mentioning that your "Transaction not Successful". After this i called on customer care no - 01413207966 of Rajesthan Bank and i have been told that i should make the transaction from SBI ATM. I did the same but again Rs 8000 has got deducted from my account through SBI ATM and i got the receipt mentioning " Sorry unable to process".
