Non receipt of welcome gift

I am holding Barclay Credit Card 4339513138707134, since last three years. I convinced and opted for Barclay Card Platinum Edge from Barclay credit card division.

I choose for this offer against the promise of an exquisite gift set worth Rs. 17, 995/- as gift hamper associated with this offer. I was told then, membership charges will reflect in my next month bill statement i.e. of Aug 10, and gift hamper will be delivered in after first payment.

As per promise, Bank levied one year membership charges of Rs. 9999/- and service tax of Rs 1029.90/- in Aug ‘10 bill statement but I didn’t received the gift hamper or any vouchers yet, except a welcome letter along with new Platinum card.

Till date, I called up the customer care for 10 times in regard to the concern issue and each time they gave standard answer i.e. will arrange call back facility from concerned department.
