As per the offer on purchase of HP Pavallion Desktop I had remitted a bank draft of Rs.1699/- to the Concerned Company in the month of April 08. But till date the Gift Hamper "B" has not yet been received inspite of Lapses of more than one year. On the other hand they are not giving any postive response to me for the delivery of Gift items. In this juncture, I would like to approach your good self to look into the matter vigorously and make me convenient to get the Gift items.

On checking the exact position of the gift hammper which was dispatched by your end through OVERNITE EXPRESS having dispacted No.45460059 dated 24 may is showing incorrect No. It is also submitted that after lapse of 06 months, the above said gift hammper is still not received by me. Inspite of my repeated request you are not paying any response to send my Gift hamper.
