Charged LE fees Unnecessarily

Sir,

I have complaint about barclay card, they charged unnecessarily le fees from me from last 4 month.

In sep.my principal amt.was 1250/- for that amt chque I drop in their chque box (bhandup station plaza)

On 22/09/09, but in next statement they charged 700/- late fees. I informed them to their customer care officer on phone, thattime they assured me to Revise this in next month bill, but next month again they charged 1431/- le fees. I again complaints about this but they don't agree for that & drop chque no.563809 on 20th Jan with amt 1431/- in malad drop box. Now this month (feb) they send me new bill with amt.2100/- of late fees.

When I asked him about that they said in chque their was some mistake so that they again chard fine to me. But during this they don’t give me any replay & return that chque, now I am tired about this.

So, please help me about this issue,
