Improperly including finanace charges without providing proper details

Aatif (ph no.9702043345) and Priya (ph. no.7666885904) both were involved in the complete procedure of personal loan documentation. Starting with low interest rate, low processing fee and no insurance plan they took the subject with high rates insurance without knowing to me. They never discussed detailed loan charges. At finally they created their own rules and regulations and insurance policy was assigned to this personal loan. Now they give answer that we are not involved in this matter. This is total fraud by these people from Barclays Bank.
