Dear Sir/ Mam

I am Aparna Awasthi. I have Opened My Account In HDFC Bank, GE road Dhuppad Petrol Pump Branch two Month back and I have provide my ATM and Cheque Book Also but I did not Provided my ATM Pin yet. Even I have Contact to concern person MS Jayanti, is working in same Concern, Who has offered me to open this account. But She has not respond Properly and Take her hand out of this all saying that i cant help you further even When i have spoken to customer care of HDFC concerned person has replied me that my ATM Pin no has been delivered one month back and it will be given to you by raipur brach people. Not i am not able to understand that this kind of irresponsible people are working in HDFC Bank. Please take immidiate action regarding this matter which can be satisfactory.
